The first phase begins in the summer of 2005 with the Fillmore to the Garden of the Gods segment of Interstate 25. Work will continue on this segment through the summer of 2006.

The second phase begins in the fall of 2005 with the North Nevada/Rockrimmon interchange. Work will continue on this segment through the fall of 2007.

The third phase begins in the spring of 2006 with the Woodmen to North Academy segment and will be completed in the fall of 2006.

The fourth and final phase begins in the summer of 2006 with the Bijou interchange. Work will continue through the fall of 2007.
